Our money back policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Our Bash Pro headphones are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
If you encounter any defect or operating problem within two years of purchase, we undertake to repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Certain types of goods are not permitted for return. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that are not permitted for return include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited, within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially be posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@usbash.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at contact@usbash.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the item returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or have your shipment insured. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
